Here are some important dates to remember:

• Wednesday, December 12, is the school Christmas program at 6:30pm, located at the Church of God
• Wednesday, December 19, is the last day of school before Christmas.  School will dismiss at 3:30pm
• Wednesday, January 2, 2019, classes will resume.

We hope everyone is enjoying the first snow day of the 2018/19 school year; today was definately not a day to be on the roads unless absolutely necessary.  
We have rescheduled our school Thanksgiving meal to Monday, November 19th.  This is a free meal for all students.

Due to impending weather, Truth Christian Academy will be closed on 11/15/18.  
Bad weather day in November!  We can't wait to see what this upcoming season has in store for us!  Stay warm and safe! 
Our annual Thanksgiving meal that was scheduled for tomorrow will be re-scheduled.  I will update the date once it is announced. 
School will be open for classes on Monday and Tuesday (November 19-20) and then closed for Thanksgiving vacation November 21-23rd.  Classes will resume on Monday, November 26th.

It's Bake Sale Time!  Bring your dollars and change!  Our school is having a bake sale through Thursday.  Proceeds will go to support funds for Operation Christmas Child Boxes.  

Welcome back students, new and old, to the 2018-19 school year!  We hope you've had a restful summer and are ready to get back to work!
Updates:

• Some classrooms have received a face lift with new windows.
• The library has been updated with old books removed and furniture rearranged to help students find books to get their AR points and to do research.
• Last years graduate, Jillian Gossard, has returned as a volunteer in the library.
• Ms Diane has retired from working in the computer lab and other supporting roles.  She will be greatly missed!

It is Tax Free Week until August 18th!  This website explains what qualifies for tax free week and here is an updated list of items for the 1st & 2nd graders.

We trust everyone is having a great summer!  School supply lists are available and please keep the following dates in mind for tax free week:  Sunday, August 12 - Saturday, August 18.

2018 Grad photos are up in the picture gallery!  We are so proud of our graduating class.   We pray for blessings and guidance as they move into the next phase of their lives.

The 2017-18 school year is almost over!  On Thursday, May 31st, the last day of school, we plan to have a school picnic (weather permitting) at the church grounds at 12819 Point Salem Road.  We plan to leave the school around 10:30 and be at the church until noon.  Pizza will be provided.  Children should be picked up by noon at the church grounds (or at the school if the picnic is canceled due to rain).

Families, if you plan to attend the picnic, please bring a side, dessert, main dish or drinks.  

Truth Christian Academy would like to invite all to an Easter Play at our host church on Sunday, April 1st.
